All our jewelry pieces—including necklaces, bracelets, and earrings—are uniquely handcrafted using macrame techniques, natural gemstones, and crystals.
* Natural Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural crystals, slight variations in color, size, stone shape, and knotting texture may occur.
* Photography & Displays: Product photographs may be edited or filtered for aesthetic purposes. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen settings. These minor variations are part of the artisanal charm and do not constitute a product defect.
### 3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in CAD (or your selected currency) and are subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our authorized payment gateways (e.g., PayPal).
### 4. Custom Orders
Custom pieces require *100% upfront payment** before production begins.
* Non-Refundable: Once work on a custom piece has commenced or materials have been sourced, custom orders cannot be canceled, and payments are strictly non-refundable.
### 5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or clearance fees levied by their destination country. Cristaluna is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing or postal services.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian law, Cristaluna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
### 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or dispute arising from your use of this site shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Refund & Return Policy

### 1. Standard Returns
You may request a return within *20 calendar days** of receiving your package.
* To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
### 2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene, health protection, and custom work considerations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
* Earrings & Pierced Jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
* Custom Orders & Personalized Pieces
* Sale or Promotional Items
### 3. Return Shipping Costs
* The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 15 business days.
